Purplegate is a pharmacist-led healthcare service dedicated to improving safety, clarity, and wellbeing for patients and organisations. We exist because medicines are powerful, but managing them is complex and too often people are left confused, unsupported and at risk.
Purplegate was founded by Abundance Temile, a UK-registered pharmacist and healthcare transformation specialist. With more than a decade of leadership experience across community, private, and national health services, Abundance saw the same issue repeated everywhere: medicines and governance systems were becoming more complex, but the time and attention to support patients and organisations was shrinking. Rather than waiting for the system to change, Purplegate was created as a new model of pharmacy service: agile, independent, and built around people.
We believe healthcare should be clear, proactive, and supportive; not confusing, reactive, or rushed.
